Our Graduate Employment Pledge is our our commitment to select programmes, design curricula, adopt teaching strategies, build networks, mobilize resources, and orchestrate an environment that will ensure that every deserving graduate secures decent employment by the time they graduate. In order to fulfill our Graduate Employment Pledge, we have developed strategies that will give graduates the opportunity to work locally for our private sector partners, work locally for the public service, live locally and work internationally at TAMU Innovation Village, obtain work visas and travel and work abroad, or start and run their own businesses. 

We are passionate about training entrepreneurial professionals and leaders who are a perfect match for the needs of the business word, so that they should be job-ready by the time they graduate. In order to achieve this, we have ensured that our industry partners are an integral part of your training. Right from the first year, you will be affiliated to a partner company as a trainee where you will gain work experience and gain the opportunity to be retained as an employee after graduation.

There are hundreds of professions for which the government conducts recruitment exams each year for those who want to work in the public service. We keep an updated list of these recruitment exams and conduct preparatory courses to help our graduates maximize their chances of becoming civil servants. 

TAMU Innovation village is a tech-hub that is purposely designed to serve as an ideal work environment for remote technology jobs. We partner with local and foreign companies who outsource jobs to us in the domains of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Tele-Health, IT Support, Web Development, etc. We then hire our best graduates to work on these jobs. We are building our own freelancing platform like Fiverr, UpWork, etc., to serve as a marketplace through which our top graduates can sell any kind of professional skill.

Our programmes, curricula, and teaching approach are carefully selected and designed with the intention of maximizing employment-based immigration programmes in top-tier countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands. Graduates that are interested in living and working abroad shall benefit from our International Career Bridging Programme through which we help them obtain credential equivalences, professional licensure, job placements, and work visas. 

The TAMU Startup Incubator is a business development ecosystem where we transform our students into real-world entrepreneurs. We do this through a combination of entrepreneurship education, startup financing, and business mentoring. Guzzang Investment PLC is the financial partner through which we raise capital and mobilize the network of business mentors and other resources to maximize the success of our budding entrepreneurs.
